Please be advised that there's been a scheduling change for Asheboro's "Seven Evenings in the Park" series this week. Originally scheduled for this Sunday July 19th, "The Lakeside Drive Band" will not be appearing, due to some personnel changes. Taking their place on the schedule will be the "Fantastic Shakers".
The "Fantastic Shakers" are a group that I'm sure a lot of you have heard in the past. The band is celebrating their 35th year in the business and have a huge repertoire that spans several genres, including beach music, R&B, and southern rock.
So, head out to Bicentennial Park this Sunday at 7 p.m. to kick back, relax and hear some good music with friends.
